I would recommend contacting your particular reseller for initial support--they are responsible for providing you with credits and refills.

What is the current condition of your handset? Boots up, but remains locked to current wireless provider?

Sometimes there can be a timing problem with the USB port and is best to use the slowest port speed when unlocking. Another thing to check is to see if the service cable is in good condition as I have run into a some rare issues where the cable works intermittently giving a false sense that the cable was not the problem--check the contacts on both the cable and handset to make sure there are no bent pins and/or oxidation on the contacts. And of course, a 100% fully charged battery pack to avoid other issues.

Last question. Have you unlocked the K700i successfully with TMS before? If so, which version did you use (if you remember). Hopefully, we can try to resolve your problems shortly.
