Hi,
I have the very same problem, my Alcatel 3088 doesnt start ad just keeps getting stuck on the logo / startup screen.

I tried all the different key combinations but none of them brings me to a recovery / hard reset menu.

Any other ideas? My PID is 3088X-3AALWE1. (I also wrote to alcatel support but they just losed my ticket

)
