Download and install driver from support area.
To install driver in win 10 x64-
-In device manager add Legacy hardware
-install driver
-restart pc and check
If still any problem proceed further-
-Restart pc with disable driver signature enforcement
-Again in device manager add legacy hardware and install driver
-Done
