Hi, last year i bought 1 year of subscription, but you had a promo for 1+1 year of subscription, i bought by gsmserver and efectly my expiration date was in 2021. I change my pc, and try to install UAT, and register my new Tool ID in web site, but my user doesn´t exist? please help me.
