The correct way to solve this probleme is to download usbviewer and uninstall all drivers related with Qualcomm port and reboot pc and install Qualcomm driver from Medusa support

I understand what you are saying but on two PCs I don't think it is the driver. If you have jellyfish, I invite you to try the usb EDL connection.
