Hi friends,

Not that long ago i buy universal box, working good, but now no programs can read the phone, always "Phone not connected" Phone is 100 % working, but the box says phone not found. Logomanger says no connection, The lights on the box go on, i try in 2 other computers none work all same problem, 3 days ago box was working, now never works.

What can i do? Please can u guys help me, i am in Australia
