I recently received from a client a locked AT&T S8 G950U binary 7. It was brought to me because it was network locked. I got the network code from the AT&T and site but I noticed when I try to restart the phone with a locked sim it would not ask for the network lock. The client said it used to show up before.

I tried entering the code by using the dial menu "#7465624*638#". I enter in the code and it said unlock successful but status is still "Emergency Calls Only".

I tried flashing combination firmware and back to stock AT&T firmware but no network lock screen shows up. Also tried G950U TMB (T-Mobile) and flashed back to AT&T and still the same thing.

If you could help me I would appreciate it.
