No won't work as Imei and sn need to match. Imei is burned to bb and can't be changed with this tool. it writes those data to SysCfg which is part of nand.So if you just change s/n etc you simply won't be able to activate the idevice...
This tool is very useful if you change wifi chips, but won't help with icloud locked devices for now.
