Hello, I would like to repair the IMEI of Qualcomm MDM1000 which is a 3G Modem from 2009. Diagnostic port is open, I can backup the QCN with QPST, edit the imei in QCN and restore the edited QCN but imei is still the original. I then try RF NV Manager and edit NV item 550 but writing fails, it says write protected. Is it possible to remove write protection somehow? Since this a Windows device I can't wipe any partitions like one would do on Android devices.
