Does the new UPDATE Smart-Clip2 Software v.1.40.01, gives chance to flash the phone with software TESTPOINT ?

I know „there is available software test point and hardware testpoint"
But I ask straight IS AVALIBLE SOFTWARE TESTPOINT, - I don’t like open the phone to make hardware tespoint.
