i have this model zte modem after flash with terminal modem not booting up he stays on diagnostics port after opent try to hard reset i think have a tool for make booting up when insert cable he show the light correct after not power. now how to fix this problem exist another tool for flash for fix this problem.
when i press power he turn on after llight gone very strange this problem why not stay on.
