| I checked box pinout and found (13,7) D1 and D2 are shorted to GND
so it has two Cause
1. circuit shorted
2. xc65lx4 ic shorted
after removing xc65lx4 pin is ok . Is it xc65lx4 failure????
how I can fix it?
that is changeable?
