ATRserv won't run on modern systems but I have other tools for the A1018s.

Make your COM port or adaptor be COM 1 and backup your EEPROM first with the tools before you do anything else. There is a program that can do direct unlock, one that reads the EEPROM, and a couple that unlocks the Eeprom file then can flash it back to the phone. These all start on Windows 10 fine.
