hi,
I have this error "-16 Please Reinstall Suport Suite!" when I'm trying to update the box.
Can someone give me an advice? I've tried everything that I found on web.. nothing.
I update the firmware, eprom using ufs3 tools, and still nothing.

p.s. I wanna mention that I open the device and I don't have the small HWK module inside. check this photo :
