hy, i have a vivo y21 V2110, i can't remove the frp !!

[BROM] ERASE FRP Initializing usb... OK
Waiting for device... COM7 [PRELOADER:0E8D:2000]
Jumping to BROM... OK

then the phone power on !!
can you help me please
