Anyone, please help me!!!

I bought an original HWK, and installed it already, but I never can flash any ATRZ and BB5 phone.. the error message always contains "PAYLOADER ERROR OR FAILED". Anyone knows what problem it is???

I will be glad and appreciate so much if anyone who knows the solution let me know how to solve this problem via my email address [email protected].
