Go to repair section (smart moto v1.12) mark in repair option "switch to 'Flash' tab on succes", next search (phone conectted to USB SMART CLIP) now you see
Searching for phone... Found S Flash Neptune LTE, getting test interface ... interface not found.
Switching to flash mode ...OK
(not for first time but if don't remove cable and batery put it back and try again)
if you see this screnn disconect phone (don't remove batery) and conect back to USB in your PC!, change to computer USB port (in phone connection) go to PC flash open full flash with shex format and write flash ( full flash you can download from
