file corrupted in support ?

like ~ are files corrupted in support?
Ok - enough of my funny take on your post...
Could have done with the File Names you've tried and also which server you tried...
...I believe there are two ftp servers for files.
The files are also RAR archives with error correction built in.
So are the problems you're having:
- downloads fail to complete
- downloads complete but won't unpack
- downloads complete & unpack but with errors
if it's the last, then I've had one file like that.
