yes, flash E101 with russian lang pack (main+lang+map). and phone don't call!!!
Imei bad, but this "1. Check Imei. Is it Ok ?
2. Try to flash other firmware/LP/Map with "Erase FFS" option checked." ---- don't work.
I have backup, but....
