OK, let me explain the procedure in crayon:

1: Convert the phone to BROWN36.
2: Flash the phone with the latest available firmware (Just flash both Main+Raw) with "Disable OTP..." checked.
3: You now need to recreate the phones security area, this is done in the "Security AVR" tab. Enter the desired IMEI in the proper field and press "Write...". This will also unlock the phone if you don't play around with the settings.
4: Convert the phone back to RED36.

Presto, you now have an unlocked K750 with the IMEI of your choice.
