Well I tried again 3 times this morning...
I will wait for reply to try different solution

1st try with R372_G_0E[1].20.C1R_lp002E_full_flash.smf
(Connected TP and hit search)
initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found S Blank Neptune LTE, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK (disconnect TP and write flash, overwrite boot area is checked)
