first I still think it is software problem, do you use the latest version for 7610?
please check it out and try the latest 6.0522 or later if come out
second use erase button of ufs3 3time:
first time let it erase standard add
second time change beginning add to 0200000
third time change the start add to 040... and end add to 0470...
then if you have no erase eror, be sure your flash ics are ok and reflash it with latest version and do not forget pm and format user area
third in 0.01% maybe steven hong is right (but I don't think so) so you must reheat SRAM IC if the two ways above failed in action
if I was you I test the second schedule
