hi just do a search on 6230 in the repair section for nokia and you will find plenty of pictures which will show you where the i/c is.

you can just use a rework station to rehot it first. small chance but its worked for me before.

when you hot it, just get tweezers and bump it very gently to one side. but dont push it off the balls.

if this doesnt work - then definately have to replace i/c.
