We asume that there is a problem with AMD ic's, forget the reading OTP IMEI problem.

If ESN, HASH and IMEI are correct everyone can calculate Bkey and Skey, I did it some times, don't need to read directly from phone, is the same like introduce handy values calculated by px65vx java midlet when conmunicatin fails.

So check if in codes tab all values are showed, if not write it by your self and push Calculate Skey and Bkey. If still getting "Key not found" I think some data must be erroneus.
