No, there are no default pin1 for cosmote.

You can find the Original pin1 and pin2 on the documents received with the sim-card.

You can change a "lost / forgotten" pin-number by entering three times a wrong pin, and unblocking with the PUK. You will be asked for a new PIN after entering the PUK.
