| SOLUTION: MMC password recovery on 9500 (really works)
Ok Guys, this is my 1st posting, and i've found this a few weeks ago (i don't remember anymore the site to give it the respective credits), after months of searching for a tip to unlock my MMC after a firmware upgrade on my N9500 that lead me to a constant request for password on my N9500 each time i inserted that MMC.
This trick just remove the pass from the MMC on a Nokia 9500 and give access to all the files on MMC again. Or if you remember the "sms lock message" that you had before firmware upgrade or before formating the N9500 you can jump to the step 8.
1. take out the mmc
2. set the device security to on. The one that can lock the phone from sms.
3. close the phone
4. insert the mmc
5. turn on the phone
6. send sms to the phone to have it lock(with sms lock message)
7. unlock it with your phone unlock code
8. unlock the mmc with the 'sms lock message'
