| smatmot-license problem speak with one voice
I must admit that im not a critic of smart-clip it is wonderful box and it will be a great box should we not have problem licensing it, so i edge any one of you who is also facing a problem licensing or, has face difficulties licensing his smartmoto,make your complain here so that smar-clip them will track it and improve.I have for more than one month tried to license my new smart moto which i bought newly up till now it is impossible and after reading very careful
and asking for so many help from the forum i realise that im not the only one with that problem that is why we need to speak with one voice in the forum
The system of licensing that smart-moto is not the best way i understand the smart-clip team is trying to protect it box but in doing that it cost us the customer alot because no one will give me mobile phone and have patience for over two months for it to be unlocked there has to be a different way of licensing,many user dont even know how to formatt their hard disk, that means any time they must send it to computer specialist and pay another money. this wouldnt be a good idea so i personally apeal to smart clip team to look it into this very well and improve their service to us for we need money to purchase your product, so our loss will be your lost. i appreciate any bodys time to read and send his comment of support |
