When reconect phone and make only customisation
this response
This may indicate damaged EROM area!
Try repairing the phone via testpoint method.
If it is an old phone, try converting it to brown first

use R1BC002 Firmware

Attach to phone
Unlock RSA
Direct unlock
Flash Raw FS
Customization
Reatach in normal boot
Flash ARM

this works fine....
