Hi,

I received 2 E620 merely for debranding
I downloaded flashes from support and flashed the phones.
The first one flashed through and showed all is well but all is not well !!
The phone is completely dead ! tried reflashing but on loading ram it just stops and says
problem on serial protocol .. the thing is no other programme will flash it either !!
My mistake was putting the second one to flash without testing the first when it came off !
The second one gave an error while flashing nd is now also dead and refuses to boot !
Now i'm sitting with 2 dead E620's and a fire breathing client !!!
Elco please help urgent !!!
