yes, i know is an old thread but i cannot stay like this without an answer
if ur problem is the low network (after flash succeded this),
an after the operator logo the phone restart, this is the answer of ur problem:
open nokia tool by rolis (old but good soft)
read phone
clear sp
rebuild imei
open all locks
update faid
finish with sfr
the phone work now
don't try to change nothing cause is not the fault in this situation
do what i say and ur phone work again
