If you can charge the phone, it shows that the hardware is still alive! All you need to do is flash the phone and if it still doesn't power up, then you use the CMS35 Imei Changer/Repairer that's available all over the net!! You can also do the procedure in reverse - Imei (and if it doesn't power up) then full flash. See the results for yourself!! Hardware should only be the LAST RESORT!!
