Hi,

then the best is to flash it not by Recovery Mode. Try to connect it by normal flashing mode. If you get the same answer means is a new flash type wich needs updated, so please try to conect in normal flash mode and send me feedback. I recognize from the id in the picture you attached the family of flashes but not the subtype. So it might be an unsupported flash type or the flash chip can be phisically damaged and this could explain also the behaviour of the phone.

So please try to connect in normal flash mode and send me picture also.
