512k with mozila firefox and internet explorer good and fast PC but always the same problem:

*please fix this problem and fix speed download it very slow , with my ordinary connection 256k usually I download with 35k/s and now I download with 15k/s and its fact 03 days nothing not remote loading and same the accees with the support nothing please regulate this problem..
