Your phone has IFX platform, and you need to read full from other phone which has IFX RF chipset inside also
Or you need to rewrite only one eeprom block: "5006" because VCXO callibration mismaches and freequency error is too big for normal work.
(If you try find network as manual mode you can find 1 or 2 network operators but not all, next try - no results, third try 1 network
)
