Greatings to all member!

I have a Nokia 6230 and my problem is the following:

- Few months ago the phone banned from network
- On this week I changed the UEM and the Flash IC, wrote an rpl, and full flashed the phone! The network is good, everything is good!
- But the phone sometimes restart randomly, sometimes doesn't swith on

I think it's not PWB problem, cause the phone doesn't water damaged, and when I changed the IC-s I'm very carefully!

Please, if anybody have an idea what have to do exactly, tell me!
