yes you can, but you will found little bit random display & nett lock
sp lock will be removed if you flash it with firm rh-70 v. 3xx
why use rh-70 ? since you cant found v.3xx in rh-69
belive me sir it's wasting your time, & the simply things is :.........
just use your logs in xt-box ( not allowed in this saras boxes thread
) to remove sp locks without downgrade
