Phone problem's is blink in logo. I flash it with flash file E300_2C.scry from support UST. How I flash it step by step...
1.select flash file
2.repair mode.
3.I press flash botton
4.I press Full Repair NVM
5.Rebuild IMEI.
and power, phone it's powered but with problem keypad don't work.
With UST I get information about Read SW version, Read HW version, Read Prod.ID with Full NVM Reset, this log about:

SW Version Read: E300XEEC1
HW Version Read: xxxxxxxx <-what's it
