Hi!

I've tried to use these three programs, on two PCs:
1: JIC DCT4 Unlocker
2: Nokia DCT4 unlocker (cracked by Cyber):
3: Nokia DCT4 Tool V1.0 Beta - 2002 by TechTron

PC1 (450 MHz laptop Win98SE):
1: Turns off phone
2: Put's the phone to Test mode, and says "SP SET SUCCESSFULLT", but phone is still locked3:
3: Turns off phone

PC2 (1700 MHz WinXP):
1: Privileged Instruction
2: Put's the phone to Test mode, and says "SP SET SUCCESSFULLT", but phone is still locked
3: Turns off phone

Anybody who can help?
