hello. i buy furios box more furious dongle and when i try to do update it gives me this info

> Connecting to server...
> Asking server for access ...
> Account is invalid !

i disable firewall and all restart computer and try in another computer it always the same info

i but one month ago this new systembox and i cant use it please help furious team.
