| I had this problem with a w810. Every version above v10 would not connect it. Try v9.68 (you will need to change the date on your computer back a couple of months)
It should connect straight away then unlock RSA, flash full gdfs as ARM, and then flash as normal cid49. worked for me many times, but have to use old version of cruiser before v10.
