ub team may not be replying because they are busy trying to get around the problem
look what they have done for us with db2020 unlocking
people with dead phones try to repair eerom with cruiser or try to use setool and fix it, if you dont have either than you can ask a friend to do it for you. if not then you need to wait until ub team sort it out
if you lose credits then just send a pm to universalbox with your log and if he isnt busy he will reply back to you and refund your credits.
just be patient people, we should be happy these boxes could unlock db2020 in the first place
