Yes as it is not A65 but A56 then the problem may not be in the intel flash chip.
Please try to use the flash from our support removing "firmware area only" checkbox before presing flash button.Then press repair button and if not powering check if IMEI is valid. Then if IMEI OK you can check if the phone can enter service via contrast tool and displays "service mode " on phone's display.
Make note that american gsm phones may not have network in europe even if flashed whith european firmware.
