hi , 1st u download and install pc suite for ur nokia 7600

after installation, connect ur mobile with pc via usb cable
now open pc suite and click on "install applications"
and u will see there 2 portions on page, (i) my computer (ii) my phone
so brows ur sis or jar application in my computer portion,
after browisng slect application and click on arrow then u will see file will
transfer from my computer portion to my phone portion .
now u can remove cable and see application folder in ur mobile phone
ur application will be there , enjoy now and sorry for english
