| The infrared heater is ceramic, and not a bulb.
The lifetime, according to the manufacturer is over 3000 hours.
This means in a normal usage - about more then 1 year !!!
The replacement cost at this moment is still high, since the heater is custom-made, but will decrease fast in parallel with the rising nr of units in production.
