Here I am posting again info about update and "." problem.
My box is "dead". Show only "." and not working.
Solution: That`'s heppens after the power problem in PC. You unplug the cable when software was in use. When you see only "
." that mean that the box now is temporaly dead - you need to make the update for him. You should try to do next:

Try to make update 1 time only. If all is fixed - no need to do more update.
If update was not completed - that's mean that you have a problem with your internet connections ( firewalls, antivirus ). Do not try to make the update too many times ( if box is "dead" ) - server accept
only 1. So, if you cannot update the box you should
send your serial box number to us ( also e-mail, name of reseller ) via: "
support chat", or
e-mail, or you can contact me here via PM, or ICQ: 123947574and we will accept the
new update for you.
