| Possiblities:
1.Try with 1.33
2.Your cable seems to be OK since phone is in LOCAL MODE and possible info is read from ur phone.
3.Hold the cable firmly so that conncetors fit each other.
4Hardware problem is more probable(i guess so).Check the phone hardware first.
