please added for next update "RESET USER SETTING" or "DEFAULT FACTORY" and "SET FULL FACTORY DEFAULT" for some alcatel because most of them have restart prob or hang at startup ,
and not need for flash , the majority of them have this prob after the uploading of the ringtones or pictures = full memory . some of them accept manually full reset but other not
i think with cable is better. and if you can "REBUILD IMEI" also it's very important for Exxx serie's
i know all is possible with otuf alcatel programmer
I think that I is not too much to ask
