in most cases its ground problem.
i have many many many N73 unlocked with uid, and no any phone
of this i dont able to unlock, all unlocked 100%.
if unlock fails, just hold tp needles with one hand, and hold ground
clip very hard on metall shild where rap is located.
next failure is:
the tp needle (vga4 or vga5) markes short with groundline on pcb.
just use a tape to avoid shortcuts.
if you remeber this tips, iam sure you able to unlock this phone...
