in my experience, this is what i have encountered.
if you have keycode counter 3/3 BUT the FBUS counter is still 0/10, you CAN still unlock it using DSS and UID. BUT if the FBUS counter is already 10/10 and keycode 3/3, DSS and UID CANNOT unlock it! Now, if the FBUS is 10/10 BUT the keycode is still 1/3 or 2/3, you may still unlock it using DSS and UID. I hope this is clear to everyone.
i think what happened to ron2pet, i repeat, this is only what i think, as per his attachment, the counter is already 160. this happens IF you have tried using BB5 Box and failed and restored PM by using said box. after writing back the PM of the phone, and if you read phone info using DSS, the counter would be 160. i have experienced this many times already. i even had one with counter 320.
