| the problem is caused when the internal memory is nearly full. then any file sent to the fone exceeding the internal free memory will crash it again n again
to solve it u must ask customer not to save anything on fone memory , not only locked forns having this error but fone buy from nokia alos , made in finland or by nokia all have this bugs
